I have a 2002 Acura RSX that has AC Problem. Blows very cold air, but not all the time. As long as RPM is running at drive speeds, I have cold air. However, at stop lights the air temp goes warm. If I accelerate, I get nice cold air again. The other thing I note is that it may be blowing perfectly fine cold air as I drive a half hour or hour down the interstate. All of a sudden, air gets warm. I turn it off for 15 minutes, turn back on, air is cold again. Any suggestions???

My 2004 Z71 Suburban rear air blowzs warm sometimes. It starts out cold then all of a sudden it blows warm/hot. We turn off the rear air for a couple of minutes and then back on, it will blow cold again then blow warm after a few more minutes. We've noticed that while it's blowing cold air it will blow warm then cold for a second on and off then all of a sudden warm steady. Any help or ideas would be appreciated! Thanks! Glenn

I don't believe this was his problem. I have the same issue: hot air blows on the drive side sporadically. It's got to be a sensor or electrical issue, maybe a contact. The passenger side remains ice cold and so does the back. If I turn the car ... 2004 Chevrolet Suburban

Rear heater blows only cold air no matter what the settings are at. Front heat works well. I have tried using both the front and rear controls to set the temperature, but the rear vents will only blow warm air at best. The air starts out as cold as the outside air even when the engine is warm and the front is blowing hot air. It takes several minutes for the air to get slightly warm.

When my car warms up the heater blows out warm but gradually gets cooler and cooler after about 10 min. It will stay cold ( about three degrees above outside temp.) It does this on cold days. And after you start it later that day, it will still blow cold air. On warm days it will not blow warm air at all. It's always cool air.

It may be the valve that controls the amount of water entering heating core but I'm wondering if your engine thermostat isn't stuck open. This is what controls the coolant temperature in your engine. It closes off while engine is off. It will rema ... 1989 Lincoln Town Car

A/c and heater problem A/C will sometimes blow cold air for about 20 seconds then start blowing warm air. Then when using the heater it will blow warm air for about 20 seconds or so then start blowing cool air. I can turn the temp knob from one side to the other or turn the fan to off and it seems to help the problem for a while. What could be causing this problem?

Heater I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. V8. The car has had all the typical jeep issues I have replaced the tail lamps and the entire air conditioning system. Just recently when I turn on the heat it blows cool air. The blower is fine as it blows according to the setting. However, I turn the temperature dials to HI and still blows cool air. When I turn to defrost the air gets barely warm, not warm enough to melt an ice cube. What could be the issue?

Volvo S60 2003 blows warm air at 15-20 min of driving, I turn off for 2 min . Turn back on blows very cold air again. Use to only blow warm air at a complete stop sitting more than 5 min. Now it happens daily. No messages on dash . Temp of car good. Nothing turns off fan still goes and blows. My freon is very cold when ac works properly.
