Having problems with your 1999 Volkswagen Jetta ?

I have a 99 jetta (new body) while driving the car reaches 190 degrees and will shut down. I replaced the cooling temp sensor, O2 sensor B2, camshaft positioning sensor ( these codes came up from check engine light) also purged the system. What else is causing the problem?
