Having problems with your 1999 Ford Explorer ?

1) I have a 99 Ford Explorer and both rear pasanger doors will not open from the inside, I can only open them by using the exterior door handle (no, the child locks are not on). For several years I had to strongly pull up on the handle and push to get the rear doors to open from the inside, although there has never been any problem getting the doors to open from the outside. The rear door problem started as a sticky (or difficult/stubborn) handle. 2) Also, the front right passanger door l

The doors must come apart for inspection of the problem in the door latch mechanisms, this requires special skills and understanding what u are looking at to ID the broken parts, which u do have, so if u don't have the skill to remove the door panels and the special types of tools required to to do the job then this is better left to a dealer, i am a retired Ford dealer tech and say this from 35 years of experience
