Clicking sound like a turn signal constantly until brakes are applied, what would cause it? 1998 chevy blazer s10

You know often wheel bearings going bad make a clicking noise, which could be abated by braking. Roll all your windows down, get on a quiet street and see if the noise comes from a particular corner of the car. If so then you may be in the market for new bearings.
Hazard flasher is on. check hazard switch. does it stay on when key is off? Let me know and maybe I can get the wiring diagram.
