Hi

\015\012The heat is controlled by the vacuum motors under the dash each time you make a change in your HVAC a separate vacuum motor will open or close a different heater door. If the defroster and the floor work this tells us there is vacuum at the control switch, so knowing this it is safe to assume there is a problem with the HVAC motor that is for the vent position, most likely under the dash where you will find several silver vacuum motors each will have one or two vacuum hoses ---- one is not hooked upright have a bad vacuum motor for one of the doors for the ducts.
\015\012It can also be that you have a Vacuum leak at the Vacuum Canister or a bad Vacuum hose. The hoses are very small (about 1/8 or 3/16 inch) some- times it’s a Actuator 4 the mixer doors but mostly its just a small Vacuum leak. Check the hoses from the intake manifold to the fire—wall as they could have gone bad.

\015\012Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
