Having problems with your 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser ?

My landcruiser hzj75 getting air in fuel line, only when sat for a couple of hours. Replaced copper seals and fuel filters, cant find any leaks under pressure. is there any common issue that may be allowing air in, but not leak fuel? ps: engine doesnt stall, just stutters when it reaches 30-40km/hr then runs normally again once air pocket has been through...
