Nissan Sentra GA14 engine - Water in Engine Oil

\015 My Nissan Sentra GA14 engine (1998 model - fuel injection) was newly repaired because of water in engine oil. The head gasket was replaced, new water pump was replaced, sealed well the timing chain cover, oil and filter were changed. The engine was tested for more than 2 hours including the road test. Checked the oil and water after the engine cooled down and everything is fine. Oil was not contaminated. A Road test was done again for 20 minutes. The following morning before starting the engine I checked again the oil and it was ok. But after using the car for a 10 minute trip, the oil becomes milky again. The engine is not overheating and it's running very smoothly. There's again water in engine oil. Please help me. My mechanic is also puzzled with this problem. Thank you.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-11-2017

I had the same problem with my sentra 160si! The water pump had a hall and the water was passing to oil pump creating water in oil. The hall was closed and the issue has been resolved. Good luck.
Was the 'mating' surface of the head and block cleaned of all old gasket/adhesive materials? was the head checked for 'warp-age'? if the head was warped by over-heating, that could allow the gasket to open up another water leak into the oil passages. could try having head re-torqued- that may tighten it up enough! i think 're-torquing' is usually recommended.
good luck!
