Having problems with your 1996 Volkswagen Golf ?

Skoda Felicia 1.3 choking/struggling when accelerating

\015 Hi all.I have been having a problem with my Skoda Felicia 1.3 GLXi fro around 6 months. The problem being that after the engine has warmed up, say 15-20 minutes running when I accelerate the engine really struggles, it's almost as if the engine starts to choke, perhaps as is the fuel wasn't getting through.I have done numerous service jobs on it but nothing seems to make any difference. I don't think it has a problem with misfiring, I put better spark plugs in, an oil change and also my last attempt was to change the fuel filter. I don't think it would be faulty alternator, that's electrical, my problem seems to be mechanical and definatley to do with the fuel somewhere along the way, I think.I have no more ideas left and was hoping someone out there may be able to shed some light on the situation?Skoda Felicia 1.3 GLXi1996 'N' RegUnleadedjust over 35k genuine on the clock \015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-11-2017

\015\012I've had the same problem for around a month now i've got an N reg felicia 1.3 glxi too. Was told to book it in for a service but after reading what you have put, i'm sure that won't fix the problem. Do you have the same problem when the car is idle? When I turn my car on and i'm on the phone for 5 mins it will start doing it then too. I've run out of idea's too!
