The lock on the power sliding door (driver's side)

\015 2003 Odyssey- The lock on the power sliding door (driver's side) will not disengage, therefore door will not open. I tried resetting via the fuses. Did not help.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-11-2017

Answers :

You should be able to manually unlock the door and open it,even without the power lock working. The center roller on these vans is prone to wear, causing binding and misalignment of the electrical connectors that you see when the door is open. This may cause the locks to be disabled and the door to not open with the power button. There are three rollers on each door, but many times only the center one is worn out.The installation & alignment of the rollers is critical on this vehicle,so you should consider the dealer for this repair. good luck
