Vibration at and above 50 mph

\015 My truck starts to vibrate at 50 mph, its not the tires as the balance is good and no shaking in the steering wheel, i know for a fact that the rear shocks are worn out and it doesnt seem to vibe as bad when i have a load in the bed\015

Answers :

If the shocks in the back are totally blown, that could be the problem.But, you may want to check the u-joints in the rear drive shaft. (just twist the shaft back and forth while the truck is off and in gear). Look at the joints while you're doing this. If there's clanking and/ or slop of any sort, they need to be replaced.

My Land Rover has really bad vibration starting out . It goes away at about 35 - 40 MPH . Then from 55 - 60 MPH the vibration comes back . AT 70MPH it is fine .
