You'll need to pull the driveline out (easier) and once it's out, if you don't have a press, you can use a small (ballpine) hammer to tap out one end (one direction).

I was driving on the hgwy hit a dip at about 50 mph and when the jeep lifted it started to violenty shake front to back until I slowed down to under 30 mph. It felt like the axles were broken loose and moving back and forth. I just had the u-joints replaced at the front wheels with an alignment and tire balance.
