What is the best kind of transmission fluid to put in my car....I have a 1995 honda accord v.6

Genuine Honda fluid. They use a special formula,which is highly friction modified, you will have the best results using it.
You must use AFT-Z1. The part number is CA66689. If you use Dexron III a\015\012 friction modifier additive must be used with it such as Lubeguard or \015\012Kleenflo Platinum. This will help change the chemical nature of the Dex \015\012III so that it acts like Z1. Dex III by itself will cause damage to the transmission\015\012 in a 1999 Honda\015\012 accord. Honda used \015\012Dex III in transmissions built up to 1995, but after that they \015\012redesigned the transmissions and switched to their own fluid so be careful.
