Having problems with your 1994 GMC Sierra ?

I left the ignition on overnight and ran the battery down. The next day I charged it and started the truck and it ran fine. I shut it off after 5 minutes or so. Today, I went out to start it and it initially started to fire, then died, and then no fire at all. Its getting fuel, but no spark. I have to think it has something to do with leaving it on all night. Any ideas??
