Would this have something to do with why my 1992 Ford E150 Econoline Van is not getting the fuel flow to the engine? I was told the van has one fuel pump that is above the Gas tank and one in my engine and that the one in the engine sucks the fuel up into the engine. The fuel is being pumped up the line but not flowing through the engine. So is this what I need replaced?

The most likely solution is that there is a blockage in your fuel lines. this can happenfrom time to time since not all fuels are pure.a good way to confirm this is to check your fuel filter as it may be clogged from 'filtering' out the bad stu ... Ford E-150

I have a Ford E350 Econoline Van Powerstroke. I replaced both fuel pumps but still can't hear the inner fuel tank pump turn on prior to ignition. The fuses seem good, I'm not sure where the fuel pump relay is located or how to test it. What do you think it might be? I'm standed until I fix this!

I recently replaced my starter on my 1996 Ford E150 Econoline. I am not sure if I wired it wrong, now when I start the van it makes a loud noise, like something is hitting something else. I move the wire and the engine is quiet, but the van will not shift out of park...what could this be?

Sounds like your starter gear may be hitting the flexiplate but that should not effect the trans.\015\012There may be a safety lock on your gearshift under the console that is faulty, it should disengage when the ignition key is turned on, my b ... 1996 Ford Econoline

My Girlfriend has a 2005 Ford Econoline Van E150 that is stuttering and sputtering pretty bad at acceleration. When the problem started, I replaced the air filter with a K&N. I replaced the terminals on the battery. I checked the battery and the battery has full charge. We also placed fuel injection cleaner in the gas tank. And the problem seems to be getting worse. Could it possibly be a sensor? I am going to look at the spark plugs and see how they look and see if any of the wires are damaged

Replace plugs and WIRES! If you have distributor, check out the inside of the cap and the rotor. If worn, replace them. Also replace the fuel filter. It should be done every 70,000 miles at the max. Even sooner is better. Plugs are good for every 3 ... Ford Econoline

95 ford conversion van with a 351 engine. replaced the radiator, water pump and thermostat last year. The water pump leaked when cold and finally replaced water pump and thermostat again. Got the leak stopped but now the temperature fluctuates right up to the hot mark. Raise the RPMs and it drops down a little. I'm suspecting the new (re-manufactured) water pump I got is junk.

If you didn't do a thorough cooling system flush with the radiator replacement last year, then i would say you may have excessive build up of rust, scale and other debris. This will certainly clog up a new radiator quickly. You may still have a restr ... 1995 Ford Econoline
