Having problems with your 1994 Buick LeSabre ?

My 1995 Buick LeSabre has an elecrical problem. The car may run fine. Then after stopping it for a while and trying to start it, the dashboard warning lights come on dimly and there is not enough electricty to turn the starter. There is a low-level grinding sound that can be heard from under the dashboard or in the glove compartment area. It seems as though the battery is out of juice. However, later, I can turn the key and the car starts immediately. When the car is in it's no or low electrict

My 93 did the exact same thing ,Clean under the red plastic cover on the positive Battery cable at the Battery. Disconect it from the Battery and peel the red plastic back and with a wire brush and a scraper get all the white powder out.You can't see it untill you pull it apart. I have to do it about once a year. Hope this is your problem. A cheap fix.
First I would disconnect and clean both ends of the negative cable at battery end and at engine end. This may not solve your problem, however it will eliminate one possiblity and you probably need this done anyhow, most of us don't think about the other end of the ground cable when cleaning them.
