Having problems with your 1991 Honda Accord ?

1991 honda accord emergency brake is stuck or frozen, i had it parked outside for the whole month of February and March 2010 and it started up just fine but when I released the emergency brake it didn't relase the brake.

The cble is housed with a rubber covering on most. If so remove the cable and soak it with WD40 as good as you gat get. Use the red nozzle to spray in side the housing. If the cable has a spiral weaved wire housing spray that housing so the penatrating oil soaks right through it. Most of the time the cables will stick about one foot from the rear part of the cable. Sitting for such a short time yours should free up in a day or so. Modt that sit for 6 months or more need to be replaced
Brake Rotors and or Drums have rusted and holding vehicle. Pull some slack out of park brake cables by hand.
