Having problems with your 1987 Ford Thunderbird ?

I have a mazda b2300 with a thunderbird 2.3 turbo engine. took it out in the mud and killed it. waited about 3 hours and i fired up but was chugging. i made it home and sprayed it off. it then started fine and ran the next day. then suddenly died out of nowhere. i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, control module on distributor, distributor cap and rotor.. still no start. turns over fine but will not run. if i put gas in intake it starts but barely runs on the fumes then dies when the fue
